Occasionally, even though you have OneDrive open on your computer, it will fail to open a file and give you an error saying that OneDrive is not running.

You can fix this by clicking the start menu and navigating to the OneDrive icon and click on it. This will force OneDrive to start.

Please do log a ticket with your PC name (JAS-W-XXXXXXX) so that we can track how often this is happening but also know which machines are affected when a more permanent solution is found.
